The Naija Guild Leaders' Assembly (NGLA) is a Nigerian-founded gaming and esports organization focused on building stronger gaming communities and creating structured pathways from grassroots participation to competitive esports.
Founded in 2023, NGLA emerged from the Free Fire community with a focus on guild leadership, community networking, competitive gaming and grassroots development.
Today, NGLA is expanding beyond its original community structure toward a broader African esports ecosystem connecting players, guild leaders, teams, tournament organizers, creators, media organizations and industry partners.
The greater challenge is building the structures that connect that talent. Our role is to help create those structures.

The NGLA Unity Series is NGLA's flagship African Free Fire competition, created to bring African gaming communities together under a shared competitive platform and provide a pathway for teams from different countries and communities to compete against one another.
24 teams split into 2 groups of 12. The top 9 from each group qualify.
18 teams compete in a Swiss format with a maximum of 5 games per team.
